* New Zealand 10-Day Trip - Auckland (10/12-12/12)*

Travel alone again!!!

With my courage, I spent 10 days for travelling both North and South Island of New Zealand. Throughout the whole trip, I planned, I explored, I discovered all the things only by myself, together with a very thin travel guide. I didn’t feel lonely but enjoy staying with “myself”.  That’s my style of life!  =) That's all my luggage for this 10-day trip.

1st Destination – Auckland
After taking the 12-hour long haul flight by CX, I arrived Auckland in the morning.
By taking bus, I firstly went to the Auckland domain to take a brief look of how charming Auckland is.

Day 1
Kind of country side, so quiet and relaxing.

Up to the top of Mt.Eden, actually is a VOLCANO. So windy up there!!

Of course visited the downtown and the famous sightseeing spot – The Sky City, by making use of the free city link bus.

I like this cookie shop! I ordered the white chocolate one, my favourite*

Such huge and eye-catching marketing strategies in Auckland, haa.

Tea time- Spinach pizza with Cheese in Turkish style. Don’t know why the Turkish dishes are so popular in NZ.

Day 2
Mission Bay

Coincidently the Triathlon race was held there. There are always some surprises or unplanned spots in each trip. That’s why I love free-style travelling*

Another favourite for lunch – Fish & Chips. After travelling Australia two years ago, I love Fish & Chips, especially having it in those English speaking countries! A kind of fascinating feel, hoo*

Afternoon- Parnell Market. And fortunately I can have a walk of the weekend French market. New Zealanders are so nice!! I wanted to buy some banana in a fruit store from the French market. However, the store keeper gave them to me for free. So passionate!

My favourite again – Apricot from French market.

Auckland is a good starting point for me to explore New Zealand as it is easy to travel alone. More fruitful trips and experiences in New Zealand are going to be shared!

Be continued..,,
