* CX FA Training - Day 29-30 Service Excellence day *

It is a 5-day training for the service lecture and assessment.

On the first day, we practiced in the mock up from the ground preparation stage to after take-off stage.

On second day, we simulated the whole service flow, from after take off to after landing check. We just served two classmates as passenger for each. However, we took more than 3 hours to finish the whole exercise. So tired and discouraged. Thanks that we all support each other and gain comments from instructors. Me and my classmate cried when we finshed the task. lol

But didnt think of a bad news would come to me today. I FAILED the English Service Language assessment with a very low mark. 16 out of 22 of us failed. So frustrated and stressful suddenly.

Never thought that I could be so not in confident and stressful.
What can I do now?
