People & Service held like a mixture of Marketing and Cultural and Psychology lecture in University study.
It was like introducing how to run a company with Mission and Vision, together with the goal "Service Straight From The Heart". Also, cutlural/ religious differences and taboos are covered. Meanwhile, we are all leaded to understand myself in terms of esteem and perception.
For me, those are my interested topics so doesn't bare too much pressure on these three days.
On People & Service Day 3, we had two assessments on English Service Language. For the morning session, unfortunately few classmates were failed. But then we support each other!
The second assessment result is still pending. Hope we all pass.
